Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl

This dish is so on-point amazing that I blogged about it! As a mother of a one year old, the last thing I need is a recipe that takes hours on end to make. For my family, this dish got a solid 10 outta 10! I didn't even realize how satiating cauliflower even is before making this. At first glance, the bowl didn't look like it was going to even be enough to fill us up, but boy did we end up being wrong about that. 

Ingredients Needed:
1 cup Cauliflower rice, cooked
1/4 cup Red cabbage, chopped
1/4 cup Green bell peppers, diced
1/4 Avocado, sliced
1 1/5 pounds Wild Caught Sashimi grade Ahi Tuna (or any protein of your choice)
1/4 cup Sesame oil
3 Tablespoons San-J Organic Gluten Free Soy Sauce Tamari
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger People Sweet & Spicy Dip and Cooking Sauce Sweet Ginger Chili
1/2 Lime
1 dash Sesame Seeds


How to Prepare:
For the sauce, combine the sesame oil, tamari sauce, Orange Vitality, Apple Cider Vinegar, ginger chili sauce, and lime. Stir well to incorporate all the flavors. Then next, In a bowl add your cauliflower rice. Then top with the red cabbage, green bell peppers, avocado, and Ahi Tuna (or other protein of your choice).
