Believe me, your taste buds will thank you for making this one! Those who know me understand my crave for spicing things up, and this salsa does not disappoint. It's as easy as lightly prepping your veg and then throwing everything in the food processor. This is our favorite throw togethers for get togethers, especially when the main course isn't ready yet. And as far as the nutritional value of this dish, it's absolutely the tops! You're already getting an excellent source of antioxidants from this snack just from the cilantro alone, and that's not a bad deal. Here in the Msando house, we strive to incorporate a good source of antioxidants daily. So, definitely give this one a whirl with your favorite gluten-free tortilla chips and enjoy!

Ingredients Needed:
5 to 6 Roma Tomatoes, cored
3 Fresh Jalapenos, seeded
2 Garlic cloves, peeled
1/4 Large onion
1 Bunch fresh cilantro, washed and drained
3 Tablespoons of olive oil
1 Lime juiced
1 Teaspoon cumin (optional)
Salt and Pepper

How to Prepare:
Place the tomatoes, jalapenos, garlic, onion, olive oil, and cilantro into your a food processor to combine. Use the pulse and chop setting on the food processor until the texture is thick and chunky. Pour out the salsa and place in a bowl and add salt, pepper, and lime juice to taste. Add an optional drop of lime vitality to enhance the flavor.
