5 Paths to Passionate Living

Worn out?  Weary?  Feel like every day is bringing on the same old tasks and chores?  I see you because I have been there!  I was spending so much time giving to and doing for others that I lost sight of what brought new thoughts and interesting experiences to my life.  Slowly but surely, I have rediscovered those things, and the beauty of it all ... I have been able to share that with my family and other loved ones.  Education, gardening, exploring, fostering animals, cooking new recipes - those things and more have reignited passion in me to enjoy every day.

Passion for learning

is something we don't always realize we have, but it certainly resides in all of us.  We simply have different things that spark that interest.
Rediscovering those interests can lead us down the first path.  Think about what intrigued you as a child.  For me, it was stories about my family, working in the yard or garden with my grandmother, chasing butterflies, and finding the perfect name for yet another stray animal who had been dumped on our farm.
As an adult, those passions have translated into a degree in history, my own organic vegetable patch, a hobby of studying caterpillars, and fostering/adopting pets ... basically a lifelong Renaissance learning of any and all subjects.  Of course, when I became a wife and mother, that carried over to a desire to learn all the best ways to support my growing family

Passion for Growth ...

as you invest in your family.
Whether you are a couple making future decisions, someone who has started to have children, a parent to adorable fur babies, or a mixture of all of the above, we all have one thing in common:  we want to learn and do better for our household.

The problem is, it can seem an insurmountable task to get there.  Do we focus on food choices?  Label reading? The safest cleaners? Personal care products? All of the above for our children and pets?  It is easy to become overwhelmed and then paralyzed, doing nothing.

When we take a deep breath and focus our passion on the path of growth, we understand this is a learning process, and it is perfectly acceptable to take baby steps.

MARITAL PURPOSE AND PASSION

Where else would we head with a word like "passion?"

Most of us realize the honeymoon phase doesn't last forever.  So what do couples do to keep the flame in a relationship going strong? This is a path with a multitude of choices, from date nights to vacations to simply making time to listen to one another ... and many options in between.

Sounds simple, right?  Maybe it would be if be if things like sleep deprivation, hormones, and environmental factors didn't throw a wrench our way.  This is where our third path for passion needs to meet both learning and growth so we have the best arsenal of answers at our disposal.

PASSION FOR STRENGTH

Our bodies need both physical and mental strength as another path leading us to overall wellness.

We need to remember those baby steps we mentioned before.  This does NOT need to be an all-or-nothing part of our journey.  Maybe you implement 15 minutes per day, 2-3 times per week to either walking or meditating.  Every small bit you add in will get you farther on that journey.

The key is finding the right tools for our individual bodies that aid in strength.  This will bring our fourth path closer to joining with our other three.

PASSION OF PURPOSE

Does the prospect of financial freedom ignite a purpose in your heart?

Go back to the beginning of our time together.  Are you so worn and weary you can't even fathom finding time to allow this tiny glimmers of passion to grow? I remember that feeling all too well. There is more than a light at the end of the tunnel ... there is a whole world, full of color and vibrancy, waiting for you to embrace it.

This is the intersection of the five paths we have discussed - and at the middle is a stronger, healthier YOU!

We’ve been talking a lot about  knowledge and choices, especially when it comes to our physical and emotional well-being.  I'm sure you are inundated with information daily, telling you this product is the best for sleep, that one for focus, and this one for hormones.  The truth is, not all of these products are created equally.   You can’t just pop into a store or search online and get something that is both safe and works.  Fortunately, I did my research and found a source I trust.   Added bonus?  They have a delicious daily drink that eliminated the fog of my momma brain, gave me the energy to keep up with all the kids and animals, and reignited my passion for all paths of life.  Want to know more?  Click the button now to get in touch!
