Welcome to my Wellness Recipes!

On this page, you'll find a collection of my favorite recipes that I love to prepare for meals and general wellness. You will find that I am not a food blogger or recipe developer. However, I do have a passion for making dishes, home remedies, and concoctions with REAL ingredients and making them REAL simple.
Often times I include essential oils, change out ingredients to suit the veggies in season, or make adjustments to suit the current dietary needs of my family. More often than not, I just use what I have on hand instead of running to the store, which can make my day more stressful.
I try to keep staples stocked in my pantry, freezer, and refrigerator, so I can get creative on the fly. If you don't like a certain spice or vegetable, or are gluten-free, adjust to your needs.
I invite you to scroll down to explore these recipes. May they inspire you to prepare and eat whole REAL food. Food that your body knows what to do with, that is supportive and makes your mouth happy too.
