Why did I fall in love with Ningxia Red? It helped me feel like ME again! Before starting it, I felt tired all the time. I felt like life was passing me by, because I did not have the stamina to keep up with family and friends. I did not sleep well. I had aches and pains daily that only made everything more difficult. 

I joined a 30-day challenge to take it consistently for 30 days and see how different I felt. I did the challenge and at the end, I was feeling more like me again. I was sleeping better, had more energy and just felt more like me again than I had in YEARS! 

BUT I am a skeptic. I wasn't sure it was due to the Ningxia Red. The changes had been so gradual that I didn't know if Ningxia Red was doing it or was it something else? So, I stopped taking it ... for about 5 days. And then, I knew. I had started feeling run down, tired and wasn't sleeping well again.
