With the New Year ringing in I'm looking for some serious ways to cut some calories. I've put on like oh.... I don't know thirty extra pounds or so.

So I have been really trying to make eating healthy a priority, but I'm not one for eating food that doesn't taste good. You all know what I'm talking about. The kind you have to choke down, because you're trying to cut a serious amount of calories.

I don't want any part of that!

So I'm eating some perfectly portioned out steel cut oats and adding 1-2 drops of Cinnamon Bark Vitality to it!

Holy yumness. 0 calories, and it tastes delicious.
