Winter Newsletter: Tips as we approach Christmas Time

Thanksgiving has passed and many of us look forward to celebrating Christmas. Whether or not you celebrate, this is a season that causes many a lot of stress, instead of joy and peace. Therefore, here are some quick Young Living tips that could help you enjoy this season more:

-  Don't allow yourself to get overwhelmed with the amount of people in shopping malls and stores, nor with anything else going around in the world around you. Take an essential oil like Peace and Calming, Joy, or Stress Away with you everywhere you go. Apply a drop or roll it on your neck anytime you start to feel overwhelmed. Breathe in deeply and just let it go. It's not worth it to stress over anything.

- Make sure you take care of yourself. Be mindful of what you eat or drink. Don't overindulge in all the "goodies" that will be offered to you or at parties you may be attending. Make sure you get enough rest every night. Enjoy some yoga or a nice walk at the end of the day or early in the morning. Perhaps breathe in some Aroma Siez essential oil blend as you do so, which "combines the soothing and relaxing properties of Lavender and Peppermint" along with Basil, Marjoram and Cypress. 

Diffuse some Christmas Spirit, whether or not you have a Christmas tree up in your house or not. Your house will smell festive and will help you feel relaxed and joyful.
