Ground Beef & Veggie Soup

Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef (preferably grass fed)
1 large carton chicken broth (or Kettle Fire Bone Broth)
1 large carton beef broth
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (preferabley Bird's Eye brand)
1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
2 large russet potatoes, peeled & diced
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1T sea salt (I love Redmond Real Salt)



 
 
Directions: Cook and crumble the ground beef and set aside. Add chicken and beef stock in a large pot and turn on medium heat. Add in frozen mixed vegetables and chopped cabbage and diced potatoes. Add cooked ground beef, seasoning and stir.  Let simmer for 30 minutes until potatoes are cooked. Salt & pepper to taste and serve.
