[NHP] Young Living Canada Natural Health Product Feature: Aroma Siez

Young Living Aroma Siez Essential Oil

We're not going to lie, we've never used Aroma Siez before. We have however tried each of the 5 essential oils in this blend separately and we can attest to how effective those oils are. The 5 oils that are in this blend are Basil Essential Oil, Marjoram Essential Oil, Lavender Essential Oil, Peppermint Essential Oil and Cypress Essential Oil.

All of these oils are very effective in helping you to relax both physically and mentally. Young Living's Aroma Siez Essential Oil can be used for soothing muscle discomfort after exercise and can be used to massage away life's little discomforts. Well suited for use after exercise or at the end of a trying day, it also provides soothing comfort for the head, neck, and tired feet. Maybe that is why this is one of the oils used in the Raindrop Technique.  Also, as one of the more calming essential oils from Young Living it would be a great essential oil for sleep.
