DIY TIME : EMOTIONS
Essential oils have been used historically for hundreds of years to support overall mental health and mood. Whether they are inhaled or used topically, essential oil compounds are known to influence the chemistry of the body and brain via the activation of the olfactory receptors located in the nose or through skin absorption.

Stree Relief Roller Blend: 12 drops lavender, 9 Drops Frankencence and  9 drops Tangerine 
(apply  blend to soles, back of neck or palms. 

Tense Away: 10 Drops Lavender, 10 Drops Clary Sage , 10 Drops Peppermint Oil
( Roll on wrists, ankles, back of neck, and on any tense area  - massage in and when chance inhale deeply ) 

Quite your mind:  10 drops lavender, 5 drops Vetiver, 5 drops Frankincence and 4 drops Ylang Ylang - apply on back of neck and soles of feet before bed. 

All Recipes are topped with your favourite Carrier oil in a 10 ml roller
