Meet Sarah Whiting
Hi, my name is Sarah and I am a teacher, mother, wife, and christian. I'm one of those people that have a hard time telling people no and usually have too many “irons in the fire.” And, I suffer from panic attacks, somewhere around 5-10 attacks a day... The ones where I feel like my heart is going to beat out of my chest, I have trouble breathing and seeing. My panic attacks come at all times of the day, while I was at school, home or even while I was sound asleep. They hurt, they are exhausting, they fill me full of self doubt, and they rob me of rest and quality time with my family and friends.
I started to research on how to handle or prevent my panic attacks. I knew that I could always go to my family doctor, but that just didn’t feel right. I wanted a solution that was natural, I didn’t want to take a prescription. I started researching a “new” fad and researching companies (I’m a little bit of a plant nerd). So I took a leap of faith.
When the little bottle showed up at my house I put the roller ball on it and stuck it in my pocket, hoping just hoping that when I had a panic attack that I would get some relief. Of course, I had one. The pain in my chest from my heart racing so hard, the feeling like I was going to pass out. So I figured I had nothing to lose, I took out that little bottle and put some on my wrist and just took a deep breath.
Three deep cleansing breaths and my head started to clear and my heart rate was slowing down. THREE BREATHS, I couldn't believe it. I still have panic attacks, but not near as often and now when I do have one, I know I have something that works, something that helps me be me.
Fast forward 8 years, I have these little bottles everywhere, my purse, my vehicles, my desk, by my computer at school, and all over my house. I WILL NEVER BE WITHOUT IT!
