The Smart Way to Organize Your Young Living Content and Business Tools

The Smart Way to Organize Your Young Living Content and Business Tools
If you’ve been in business for any length of time, you already know: it’s not just about having the right tools—it’s about knowing where they are, how to use them, and how to make them work together. That’s where digital organization comes in.

This week’s GetGrowing Weekly Work Session digs into the strategy behind organizing your business—why it matters, how it helps you move faster, and what it can look like in your own GetOiling system.

We’re not just talking about folders and file names. We’re talking about how you treat your content—your emails, landing pages, blog posts, class videos, and customer education—as the assets they really are. When used well, those assets save you time, help you stay consistent, and grow your Young Living Brand Partner business without the stress of starting from scratch every time.

New to GetOiling? You can use everything in this post with your own GetOiling account—no outside tools required. Start your free trial here.

Organization Is a Growth Strategy

For Young Living Brand Partners, digital clutter can show up fast. Maybe you’ve created a few landing pages, imported a few email campaigns, saved some graphics—and suddenly your account is full of content with similar names and no clear structure. That mess slows you down.

Without a system to manage your content, you lose time scrolling through lists, remaking resources you’ve already built, or abandoning ideas that are “somewhere in the system.” Every minute you spend hunting for that video or recreating that email is a minute you're not following up, educating, or enrolling.

Organization is what allows you to scale your Young Living business without getting buried in your own content. It helps you create consistent follow-up systems, teach others how to duplicate your success, and confidently revisit and reuse your best work.

What Is a Naming Convention?

Let’s keep this simple: a naming convention is just a consistent way to name the digital content in your system. It’s a label you apply to everything you create so that future-you—and maybe your team—can find it easily.

For example, instead of naming something “March Campaign,” you might name it:
  • Lead – Spring Diffuser Tips – Campaign
  • Customer – NingXia Red Routine – Video
  • Customer – Starter Kit Class – Vault

Including your target audience (lead or customer), the content focus (product, benefit, or theme), and the format (campaign, vault, video) makes your content instantly recognizable—so you can grab and go when it’s time to launch, follow up, or repurpose.

Use GetOiling’s Built-In Tools to Stay Organized

GetOiling was built specifically for Young Living Brand Partners. It’s more than a landing page builder or CRM—it’s a complete Young Living business system that helps you capture leads, automate follow-up, deliver education, and grow your income.

Here are a few of the ways GetOiling supports smarter organization:
  • Collections: Organize your images, campaigns, and videos into named folders by audience, topic or project
  • Saved Replies: Reuse your best-performing emails or text responses across campaigns, classes, and follow-ups
  • Vaults: House product education, team onboarding, or DIY courses in a format that grows with your audience
  • Contact Manager: Tag, segment, and follow up without needing a separate spreadsheet or external tool
  • Campaign & Automation Tools: Deliver and track personalized communication over time—automatically

Don’t Start from Scratch—Start with Done-for-You Content

Even when your system is clean, it’s still hard to come up with new content every week. That’s why we offer done-for-you campaigns, landing pages, and messages to plug into your GetOiling system and use right away.

One of the most popular examples is our Tip Tuesday Weekly Wellness Tips series—a done-for-you wellness education campaign that helps you nurture leads and customers with compliant, engaging content each week.

You can claim the latest bundle, choose what parts of it you want to keep, and organize it using the naming and folder strategies from this week’s training. And if you don’t need a piece of it? Just uncheck it during import. We show you how.

Keep What Matters. Let Go of What Doesn’t.

Not all content needs to live in your account forever. Many resources you import—like a seasonal giveaway or a time-sensitive announcement—are only meant to be used once. That’s where we recommend adding “OTU” (One-Time Use) to the asset name.

Then, when you do a quarterly cleanup, just search “OTU” and remove anything you no longer need. Your system stays fast, efficient, and relevant.

This Week’s Training: Watch the Strategy in Action

We cover all of this and more in this week’s GetGrowing Weekly Work Session. It’s a great introduction to using GetOiling not just as a tool, but as a system to build a sustainable Young Living business.
