Hey! Thanks for stopping by! I am here to help and educate you in any way that I can. I used to be an elementary teacher after all, so lifelong learning and teaching is kind of my jam! Add health and wellness to it and we've got quite the trifecta! In 1995, I married the love of my life, Bill. A few years later, we started thinking about starting our family. A tragic event lead us to loosing our firstborn son, Graham. Eleven months later, we welcomed our beautiful daughter, Bailey into this world! Six years after that, we had another tragic event, which lead to the early arrival of our beautiful son, Nicholas. After a short stay in cardiac ICU for me and a month and a half long NICU stay for him, our beautiful family was reunited once again. Although my issues were short lived, my children's were ongoing...leading me to tell you about this journey and how it all began.

Each of my children were preemies, and came into this world with a lot of health issues. To say that I quickly became a very strong advocate for them and their health would be an understatement. After not having the results we were looking for with modern medicine, I desperately started searching for a more natural approach. Specifically, I needed to support their respiratory, digestive and immune systems. A friend asked me if I had ever considered trying essential oils.
