Fizzy Delight
NingXia Red is a delicious daily supplement that is infused with Lemon, Orange, Yuzu, and Tangerine essential oils.
This fizzy delight is one of my faves and contains wolfberries, white tea leaf extract, and green tea extract for a boost of crash-free energy. It's also excellent for brain health!
1. Pour a splash of NingXia Red into a highball or other tall glass full of ice. Add NingXia Nitro and Lime Vitality.
2. Fill the glass to the top with NingXia Zyng. Squeeze a lime wedge into the glass.
3. Garnish with another lime wedge.

Holy Guacamole
Ingredients:
2 avocados
2 drops Citrus Fresh Vitality
1 drop Lime Vitality
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
1–2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro or 1 drop Cilantro Vitality
Pinch salt & black pepper

1. Remove the pit from the avocados and scoop the flesh into a bowl, mashing roughly with a fork.
2. Add all other ingredients and stir until mixed.
3. Garnish with cilantro.
4. Enjoy with tortilla chips or with your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes!
