🗝 Have the following Young Living essential oils handy or purchase an Aroma Wheel when you book your appointment:
Lavender, Frankincense, Stress Away, Inner Child, Release, and an uplifting oil of your choice

🗝 If you order an Aroma Wheel, schedule your session at least 2 weeks from now. The Aroma Wheel can be used for more than one session.

If you book a remote appointment, you have 2 options for oils:
Option 1: Choose the session with an Aroma Wheel, which comes pre-scented with the oils for our work together. This can be used over several weeks as long as the wheel is stored in its mylar envelope.
Option 2: Have on hand the following Young Living essential oils: Frankincense, Lavender, Stress Away, Inner Child, Release, and an uplifting or grounding oil you like.
