I am so happy to be sharing my journey with you! I have worked in the medical field for 30 years working as an Occupational Therapist. My primary focus is helping people achieve functional independence and optimum health. An OT has a holistic approach to healthy living by not addressing only physical needs but emotional, psychological, cognitive, and spiritual factors as well that make up who we are. 

Our life experiences help define and refine us. Soft tissue injuries from motor vehicle accidents through the years provided me personal experience and insight to my own rehabilitation. It was and has been a learning process in understanding short term and long-term effects. This learning process is what brought me to researching the multitude of alternatives to facilitate the body's healing process. I have learned that our bodies have an incredible ability to heal and we can either promote that process or interfere with it and I can address my problems with a whole new approach.

It is my goal is to help teach others how to proactive and independent in their health, not to feel like a victim, and to know that you have choices. What an awesome, freeing feeling that is. I want others to understand the control that they really do have in their own healing processes
