Oh my Goodness - is it really the middle of February. I can't believe it. How are you doing on your New Years Resolutions? By now most people are starting to go back to their old habits. Did you know that if you do something continuously for 21 days, it will change everything about you? Did you know that if you do something continuously for 21 days, it will become a habit? I waited to go to the Gym until February because I knew that people would have started the downturn of what their Goals were. Today I did over a mile on the Treadmill - that's big for me because of my Health issues. My goal is to get to 2 miles by the end of the month, who knows maybe I can hit 3 miles. I do ride the bike as well and rode 2.5 miles today and I work on some of the machines. The big thing - I finally broke a sweat. Now I know that some of you are thinking - why am I telling you that I was sweating at the gym. Well, I find that the day I finally start to sweat, is the 1st day of my start to show a difference. Yes - for me when I finally start sweating that means that the inches, the pounds, the cottage cheese stuff that is called cellulite, IS going to start changing. Now let me tell you it has taken 2 weeks for me to sweat - so I was a happy camper today.
My daily routine of products - before the gym I take Agilease, Powergize and Super B. I rub Copaiba on my knees, elbows, and calf muscles. I roll deep relief also on my calves and on my arms. I use Cel-lite Magic on that cottage cheese looking stuff, After my routine and I am showered and cleaned up I take my Sulfurzyme then about 30 minutes later I take my Ningxia Red, Detoxzyme, Slique-1st 1/2 of packet and another Super B. Early afternoon I take the other 1/2 of the Slique, Essentialzyme, Detoxzyme, and Sulfurzyme. Before I go to bed I take my Thyromin and my Life 9. It's winter and I am always diffusing Thieves in the house along with whatever my favorite smell is that day. In my bedroom I use my Rainstone Diffuser and diffuse Lavender at night and add a couple drops of Thieves for some added protection and roll some Tranquil on our pillows and the bottom of my feet.

Happy New Year Everyone. I hope that everyone finished off 2016 and are ready to jump head first into 2017. I know that I am ready for a Healthier New Year and getting Fit. The New Slique in 60 Challenge is on board and I am ready to start slimming my waistline. I finished 2016 off with my yearly physical and even my doctor was so excited that I had finally quit smoking - yes I quit on May 6th and have had absolutely NO desire for one. I will say that the YL Zyng is what helped me to quit and I would love to share with you what I did to get to that point.

December is actually my favorite month of the year. I Love to Give. Making people smile is my Joy.
