Let me fill you in on how I happen to be here myself!
I am an empty-nest Mom of 2, Yogi, Light worker, and lover of life! I have been a letter carrier for 27 years, which has been very physical and can take a toll on the body.
19 years ago I was looking for something, something to keep me living above the wellness line. I wasn’t getting any younger and realized I had two choices. I could continue along the path I was on and take my chances or I could begin to pay attention to how I live my life. I choose to pay attention! It truly was eye opening! I never even realized how many harmful chemicals I was putting in and on my body everyday. If you have chronic ailments, you really may want to take a closer look at the daily products that you use. It has taken time, but we have created a toxin free environment in our house.
A friend introduced me to Young Living Essential Oils and these, beautiful little drops that have been around since ancient times. At the time, I really didn’t understand how they worked (I still can’t fully explain it...I just know what they have done for me!) He also explained to me about this high antioxidant drink called Ningxia Red. Drinking something everyday that benefits my whole body. There is something I could commit too! What began as a 4 month experiment, helped to create a shift that has brought balance emotionally, physically, spiritually and even financially into my life! 18 years later and I have never looked back! I wanted others to know they have the option to live their BEST life.
