Oh! Hey girl, heyyyy!!! It's me, Kirby! Wife to my high school sweetheart, Nathan. Mom to a free spirited, gorgeous daughter, Macey. Friend to many. I am a spinal cord injury survivor and live for monograms, essential oils, leggings, and oversized tees.

I remember when we decided to have a baby, I sort of became a freak about sanitation and cleanliness in our home. I was also obsessed with the sweet aroma of candles..When our daughter was about 3 years old, we decided that 3 years of chronic respiratory irritations and other issues, it may be time to take a deeper look at reasons why this could be happening. I was fortunate enough to have a background in natural healthcare but ingredients weren't something that I was really educated on..so, give me all the candles, bleach, and fabric softener, right?! Little did I know... my husband's constant tension and headaches, my skin irriations, and our daughter's chronic runny noses were reactions to all of the things I thought I was doing right. 

When I was introduced to Young Living, toxic free living wasn't necessarily on my radar for some time. My goal was to stop the madness of skin irritations, help my husband cope with his constant battle with discomforts, and help my daughter recover quicker from respiratory issues. It wasn't until I really took a look into ingredients and triggers for the very things we had dealt with for so long that I realized I needed to make a change. 

So I did. And my only regret was not starting sooner. Our lives and health have been transformed by the amazingness of becoming ingredient savvy wellness warriors and putting our health at the top of our priority list.

There’s something about spring that feels like permission to reset.
