This proposal invites TAICEP to support a simple but powerful shift in how we understand learning. People learn best when they are truly seen. Education should not only transfer knowledge or train skills, but help people become confident, capable and fully human.
Rooted in UNESCO’s principles of knowing, doing and being, real learning is more than exams and outcomes. Knowing is what we understand. Doing is how we apply it. Being is who we become. When all three work together, learning becomes transformative.
This initiative focuses especially on learners who fall outside “normal” systems, including neurodivergent learners, creative thinkers, embodied learners and those whose intelligence shows up through patterns, movement, intuition or storytelling. The webinar will discuss practical tools, case studies and training approaches that help educators and systems create learning environments where belonging comes first and performance follows.
This proposal is about one truth: when learners are seen, they don’t just succeed, they become.
