Uplifting Diffuse Blend
- 4 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
- 4 Drops Stress Away Essential Oil Oil
- Water
- Diffuser
Directions: Add water the fill line of the diffuser. Add the oils. Put the top on the diffuser press the on button. Then sit and inhale to uplift your spirits.
Happy Camper Spray
10 drops Purification E.O.
10 drops R.C. E.O.
10 drops Lavender E.O
10 Drops Peppermint E.O.
Water
2 oz Glass Spray Bottle
Add the Essential oils into the spray bottle and fill with water. After putting the top on the bottle shake well before using.
Spray on your body when outside.
Other oils you may add are Citronella, Geranium.
Laundry Scent Booster & Fabric Softener
15 drops Purification E.O.
15 drops Lavender E.O.
2 cups Epson Salt
1/2 cup Baking Soda
Large Glass Container
Put the Epson Salts, Baking soda and Essential oils into a glass bowl, mix and put into the container.
Add 1/4-1/2 cup of the mixture into the basin of your washing machine.
Bathroom Spray
10 drops Lemon EO
5 drops Thieves EO
5 drops Peppermint EO
Water
2 oz Glass Spray Bottle
Add Essential oils into the spray bottle, add water put the top back on. Shake well.
Spray into the toilet before use and also may spray into the air.
Happy Dance Roll-On
6 drops Stress away E.O.
8 Drops Lemon E.O.
Liquid Coconut Oil
10ml Glass roll on bottle
Add essential oils to the roll on bottle, fill with coconut oil put on the roll on top. apply on your wrists and behind your ears.
Then do your happy dance.
Lavender Lemon Foaming Hand Soap
12 drops Lemon E.O.
12 drops Lavender E.O.
3 Tbsp Castile Soap
water
18 oz glass Foaming Bottle.
Add Essential Oils to the foaming bottle, add castile soap, fill the bottle with water.
Put on the foaming bottle top.
Keep this refreshing hand soap in your kitchen or bathroom.
It has been a long winter and today I was puttering outside and enjoying the sunshine. It reminded me I should give you some ideas of what you can use to keep your garden and patio free of unwanted bugs.
There are many essential oils that can repel and kill creepy crawlies and here is just a few to try. You can use these essential oils in your watering can, as a bug spray or just sprinkle directly on the ground. That is what I do with Peppermint and ants.
Without further adieu here are some ideas.
- Ants: Peppermint,spearamint,citronella,orange,or cedarwood.
- Aphids: Cedarwood, Hyssop, Peppermint, Spearmint, Orange.
- Caterpillars: Peppermint, Cedarwood, Orange, Spearmint.
- Cutworm: Thyme, Sage, Cedarwood, Orange.
- Flies: Lavender, Peppermint, Rosemary, Sage, Citronella, Cedarwood, Orange.Lemongrass, Sandalwood, Patchouli.
- Mosquitoes: Lavender, Lemongrass, Orange, Citronella, Cedarwood, Peppermint, Lemon, Thyme, Clove, Sage.
- Plant Lice: Peppermint, Cedarwood, Spearmint, Orange.
- Moths: Cedarwood, Hyssop, Lavender, Peppermint, Citronella, Orange.
- Slugs Cedarwood, Hyssop, Pine, Orange.
These are only suggestions and there is enough choice you can pick choose what works best for you. It wouldn't hurt to have a diffuser on your deck for the Mosquitoes and see how that works. I am going to do that this summer.

Add 1/4-1/2 cup to a warm bath and soak. Store at room temperature for up to 1 weeks. I split mine into multiple jars and store the extra jars in the refrigerator for extra shelf life!
Lemongrass has a light, fresh, citrus aroma with earthy undertones. Refreshing, rejuvenating, stimulating, and balancing, it is an inspiring oil.
In Aromatherapy can be used topically:
- to help relieve joint or muscle pain associated with sprains, strains & rheumatoid arthritis
- or inhaled can act as a nervine and calmative which enhances relaxation
- when experiencing digestive discomfort can act as a carminative and antispasmodic
- to help relieve a headache

I spent the last weekend attending Knowledge is Power Event with Lindsey Elmore, Jan Zerr and Reagan Jewitt plus our G.M. for Canada Lori Burgher.
It was super to be amongst fellow oilers and all people on the same page. I get pumped every time I attend one of these or attend the Convention.
Jan Zerr is who started me on this journey 21 years ago and it was wonderful to see her again.
We are a billion dollar health and wellness company, not just oils. we all wash our hair, take supplements, drink energy drinks wash our floors etc. So here is a list of how you can switch to a product every month if you have not tried.
Why not buy from your own store and provide safe products for your family?

Hard to believe it is already the middle of January. I have returned from California and my visit with my family. It takes a bit to get back into the swing of things and it is very hard for me to leave my grandson all of 8 years old!

Some of the Common Uses are:
Supports healthy joint and cartilage function.

Essential oil Enhancer If you apply this oil on top of another it will magnify the oil you applied on top.
Supports the respiratory system.
Happy Muscle Bath Salts
5drops Copaiba E.O.
3 drops PanAway EO
1/4 cup Epsom Salt
4oz Glass Mason jar
Directions
Put the Epsom Salt, copaiba and Pan away EO into a glass bowl.
Mix the ingredients together and place the mixture into the jar.
add 1 tablespoon of the mixture to your bath water to support your muscles.
