
When we’re feeling rushed sometimes simple things like doing 10 squats, wall or counter push-ups (my shoulders don’t like me from all the ranch work I’ve done), even having those bands you get from PT so you can do 10-20 reps with those throughout the day can be a game changer. Yesterday, my kids hopped on their bikes and road down the road and back! ππ» So proud of them. We are already a pretty active family, but there is something valuable about intentionally working our bodies so when we can’t get out for our normal activities we are maintaining our physical health. Not to mention mental health as well!
