
As we near the end of our movement challenge, let’s take a look at what goals you may want to set for the next 14 days! Here are some ideas: Gut health challenge, De-stress challenge, or maybe a cleaner home challenge??? Remember these are only for 14 days! And, it really gives you a chance to practice starting a habit with the goal of continuing that habit and maybe picking up a new one. I’m actually excited to start another 14 day challenge of some sort this next month. consistency is the key. Even if your 14 days are sporadic and strung out throughout the whole month, as long as you are continuing to work on it and choosing it rather then in-activity that is what will make the ultimate change. We may feel shame or guilt for not doing a challenge exactly the way it’s been lined out but in this group that doesn’t matter! You receive a gift and are able to be entered into the drawing at the end, as long as you commented on every post. No biggy! Just get back on the horse, no matter how many times you’ve fallen off. You don’t get better unless you get up.
