

Almost there! This for me is when the excitement builds back up. Now that we have faithfully kept our challenge, it really sets us up well to make some new goals this time or just decide what the next step is that we’re going to take. Am I continuing to move and then adding water intake or changing my diet or maybe taking my supplements faithfully? I should do ALL of these but that can be overwhelming, which then causes me to jump from one thing to the next, never establishing anything and then just giving up for a time, only to pick it ALL back up later. Sooooo, we have a couple challenges that are options for this next month:
1) Gut health
2) Clean Home
This actually sets us up for several more challenges and so the winner for next month is . . .
Gut health! We’ll do a 14 day challenge and I am thinking of having a special guest hop on and teach us the connections that our gut has to the other organs in our bodies. This is going to be amazing!
I will be honest though when folks suggested gut health I wasn’t thrilled. 😂 It’s not favorite subject BUT it is necessary for our entire body functions, so let’s get after it, jump in and start to lay out some guidelines. I’ll start a separate group for this challenge, just so we keep things less confusing, but I will leave the other group up so you can refer back to information that we talked about. I’ll lay out more details tomorrow.
