From Morning Till Night: regimens you can tailor for your children’s needs as well as parents and teachers
MORNING REGIMEN
Now that you’re ready to get the day off to a great start, here are a few ideas for nutrition and complete body support.
1) Start off with a nutritious breakfast!

USING OILS IN THE CLASSROOM
Depending on the schooling situation, some children have access to essential oils during the school day. More and more schools and teachers are catching on to the positive effects of essential oils and are getting educated about their uses. If you’re wanting to send oils to school with your child then you may want to check in with the school ahead of time.
Some schools allow oils to be kept in the child’s locker and accessed during breaks. Some require the school nurse to keep all “medicines” in the office. Some teachers are allowed to diffuse oils before, during or after class hours and are seeing great results with increased focus and less absences from illness.
One of the easiest ways for a child to have access to their favorite scent it to wear a diffuser bracelet or necklace. Essential oil roll-ons are another easy way for a child to use oils, but in in small amounts. Teach children to be respectful of others and not misuse the oils or apply them to other students without permission.

Play around with with oils are most effective with your child. Sometimes you will know because of their reaction to the smell, and other times it’s a change in demeanor and attitude, alertness and focus.

Diffusing is the easiest way for a teacher, whether homeschooling or in a private or public school setting, to effectively use essential oils to enhance the classroom experience. By diffusing, even when students are not in the room, a teacher can create a welcoming atmosphere that students will subconsciously recognize.
Peace & Calming is a great blend that helps promote peace and a calm atmosphere amongst students and staff.
Joy is a great blend to diffuse when spirits are down and y’all need a little pick-me-up in the attitude department.
Peppermint promotes a sense of mental alertness and focus, and is uplifting emotionally. (Studies have been done to show that test scores increase in classrooms that diffuse peppermint).

PLAYTIME, SPORTS, ADVENTURES R US
We want children to be adventurous, right? Just how adventurous is up to each little mind and your parental discretion. The thing is, no matter how “safe” of an environment you create for your child, it’s simply inevitable that there will be bruises, scrapes and scratches, twisted ankles and and owies. Plus a few tears, and hopefully, a LOT of laughter.
