In working with Young Living my biggest inquiry is if oils help with depression. And my second biggest inquiry is if essential oils help with sleep. I believe that deression and lack of sleep go hand in hand.
Last Sunday I woke up about 8:30 a.m.. I was so tired I did not try to go to church. In fact I fell back to sleep and slept till 10:30 a.m. I woke up and grabbed my phone to watch what was left of the church service. By 2:00 I was so tired I told Glenn I was going back to bed. Now I am stlll recovering from surgery and after sleeping so much that day, I realized my body just needed to sleep. But how often do we rest when we need to?
