💙 TAP INTO YOU
A 7-Day Tapping Challenge
September 20–27

Sometimes we don't need to add one more thing to our wellness routine.

Sometimes we just need a few minutes to slow down, tune in and notice what's going on beneath the surface.

That's what Tap Into You is all about.

For seven days, we're going to spend a little time each day using EFT/Tapping as a tool to check in with ourselves and work through some of the emotions, stress and everyday stuff we tend to carry around.

You don't need to be experienced with tapping. You don't need to have the perfect words. And you definitely don't need to have anything figured out before we start.

Just come willing to try it and see what you notice. ❤️

I'll be tapping right along with you, and each day I'll share a simple prompt in our Tap Into You discussion board inside the Monthly Wellness Program.

New to tapping?
I've got you covered! Before we begin, I encourage you to go through my online class, Breathe, Tap, Heal: A Natural Path to Emotional Balance. It's available inside the Monthly Wellness Program and will give you a good foundation for understanding tapping and how to use it.

Meet Lynn Dehmlow

For years, I searched for ways to find better health, believing I needed to fix what was wrong. Along the way, I discovered something unexpected: my body wasn’t working against me—it was communicating with me.

That realization didn’t change my health overnight—but it completely changed my relationship with my body.

Instead of chasing perfection, I began learning to listen, respond with curiosity, and care for my body one small step at a time.

Today, I share what I’ve learned to encourage others who want a simpler, more compassionate approach to wellness. I’m still learning every day (it turns out my body doesn’t always read my to-do list!), but my hope is to help you build a trusting relationship with your body—because life is challenging enough without arguing with the one thing that’s been with you since day one.
