Hi, I'm Lynn and this is my story!

Wife to my high school sweetheart, mom to three grown children, grandma to an ever-growing crew of grandchildren, lover of quiet mornings, kayaks, campfires, and whatever wildlife decides to wander through our backyard.

I'm so glad you're here.

If you've found your way to this little corner of the internet, there's a good chance you're looking for answers. Maybe you're tired of feeling exhausted. Maybe your body doesn't seem to cooperate the way it used to. Or maybe you're simply ready to take better care of yourself but aren't sure where to begin.

I've been there.

For a long time, I thought wellness was about finding the right answer—the right diet, the right supplement, the right routine, the right product. I kept hoping that if I could just find the missing piece, everything would finally fall into place.

Life had other plans.

And looking back, I'm grateful it did.

How It Started

Living with Multiple Sclerosis shaped my life in ways I never expected.

It challenged me physically, emotionally, and mentally. There were seasons filled with frustration, grief, and more questions than answers. I spent years wishing my body would simply cooperate.

Like many people, I wanted someone to tell me exactly what to do.

But healing—and learning to live well—is rarely that simple.

Over time, I realized that waiting for someone else to have all the answers wasn't bringing me any closer to the life I wanted.

Something had to change.

What Changed

The biggest change wasn't finding one perfect product. It was changing the questions I was asking.

Instead of wondering, "How do I fix my body?" I began asking, "How can I better support it?"  That simple shift changed everything.

I became curious.

I started learning about nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, reducing toxins in our home, essential oils, and all the small choices that help our bodies do what they were designed to do.

Some things worked beautifully. Others... well... let's just say they became good stories and learning experiences. (If only wellness came with an instruction manual!)

Most importantly, I stopped treating my body like it was broken. I started treating it like a partner.

Today, I truly believe our bodies are constantly communicating with us.

The question isn't whether your body is speaking. It's whether we're willing to slow down long enough to listen.

That belief shapes everything I do.

Where I Am Today

Today, I'm passionate about helping people become their own wellness advocates—not by telling them what they should do, but by helping them ask better questions, understand their bodies, and discover what works for them.

Young Living has been part of my wellness journey for more than a decade, and I'm incredibly grateful for the role those products have played in our home. But as you've probably gathered by now, I don't believe wellness comes from any one product.

I believe wellness is built through small, consistent choices made with patience, curiosity, and grace.

That's what you'll find here:
  • Encouragement.
  • Practical ideas.
  • Honest conversations.
  • And permission to take one small step at a time.

Beyond Wellness

When I'm not writing, teaching, or talking about wellness, you'll usually find me enjoying life's simple moments.

My husband, Rob, and I love kayaking, spending time with our growing family, sitting around a campfire, and watching the wildlife that wanders through the fields and woods surrounding our log cabin.

Living in the middle of nature has taught me that slowing down isn't wasted time. Some of life's best moments happen when you're simply paying attention.

And my favorite reality show?  Whatever happens to be walking through our backyard that day.

You never know whether it'll be deer, turkeys, rabbits, or even a bobcat making an unexpected appearance!

One Last Thing...

If you're looking for someone with all the answers, I'm probably not your girl.

But if you're looking for someone who will encourage you, cheer you on, share what I've learned, and remind you that wellness isn't about perfection...
...it's about taking one small step at a time...
...then I think we're going to get along just fine.

No matter where you're starting from, your story isn't over yet.
If something in my story helps you become a little more curious about your own, then sharing it here has been worth it.

Where Will Your Story Take You?

You don't have to know exactly what comes next.

I've created a simple place to help you explore where you are today and discover a next step that feels right for you.
