I try to slow down Christmas break as slow as possible, but I also still feel the rollercoaster of Christmas, post-Christmas chaos, and the blur that is found between Christmas & New Years. There's big excitement & lack of routine in many of our homes & so often I find that trickles into the beginning of the year. 

We are starting 2022 off with a great series of IN PERSON gatherings. Beginning with Stress Relief for the post holiday blur. 

Join us as we gather at The Commons in Perry, Iowa on Saturday January 22nd at 10am and chat.
