Meet Your Midlife Wellness Guide

How I Can Help You Feel Like Yourself Again

I help midlife women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause with natural support that feels simple, practical, and encouraging. Through targeted quizzes, trusted education, helpful books, free classes, and Young Living wellness tools, you can find the next best step for your hormones, energy, sleep, weight, and healthy aging.

There was a time when I saw so many women in midlife quietly struggling with symptoms they could not fully explain. They were tired, overwhelmed, gaining weight, losing sleep, and wondering why their bodies no longer responded the way they used to.

Again and again, I heard the same questions: Is this normal? Is it hormones? Why do I feel so unlike myself? I realized that many women were entering perimenopause and menopause without clear, practical guidance they could actually use.

That need led me to study more deeply and organize what I was learning into resources that would truly help. I wanted women to have answers that felt empowering, natural, and easy to understand instead of confusing or intimidating.

As I continued this work, I wrote Menopause Essentials, a 300-page encyclopedia created to give women a reliable source of support through the many changes of midlife. I also created Hormone Harmony, a simpler guide to daily hormone essentials for women who wanted practical next steps.

I knew information alone was not always enough, so I expanded into tools that could support everyday life in a realistic way. That is why I also created Sip & Thrive, with easy recipes using vitality oils in smoothies, teas, and coffee to make wellness feel more enjoyable and sustainable.

Over time, I began offering quizzes, free classes, and Young Living product recommendations to help women personalize their next step. These tools made it easier to identify common symptom patterns and choose support for sleep, energy, hormones, weight management, thyroid health, and healthy aging.

What started as a desire to help women understand midlife changes has grown into a supportive path for women who want natural solutions and trusted guidance. I love helping women move from confusion and frustration to clarity, confidence, and hope.

Today, I share what I have learned so other women do not have to figure it all out alone. My mission is to make midlife wellness feel simpler, more supported, and more possible—one step, one resource, and one woman at a time.

My journey to where I am now was anything but a straight line. In fact, it was filled with unexpected twists and turns...

Growing up, becoming a doctor was the plan. The safe plan. The one my hardworking parents believed in. So I followed the expected path — academics, a prestigious university, a "safe" career in medicine. By my mid-30s, I had the title, the salary, the respect. Externally, it looked like I had it all.

But inside, something was shifting. My body started changing in ways no one warned me about. Fatigue. Brain fog. Weight resistance. Mood swings. Hot flashes. And the women in my exam room were experiencing the same thing — with no real answers.

That is when I realized: the traditional medical system was not failing us on purpose. It just was not built for this season of life.

So I wrote the book I wish I had. Then another. Then another. I created quizzes, classes, and a free AI assistant — all to help midlife women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause with science, not shame.

I am still ambitious. But now my ambition is for you.
But internally, something was off. I grew weary of the endless cycle — the same conversations, the same quick fixes, the same frustrated women leaving my office with no real answers. I was working harder than ever, but my patients were still suffering. Was I really going to spend my career handing out band-aids instead of solving root causes?
But internally, I was frustrated. I grew tired of the revolving door — women begging for help, me offering what the system allowed, and both of us knowing it was not enough.

That is when the realization hit me: I was living out the system's dream, not my own. I knew I wanted to make a difference — but on my terms. I wanted to give women real answers, real tools, and real hope.

So I took the leap. Not into another clinic. Into writing. I started with the science I already knew and the silence I could no longer ignore. I wrote Menopause Essentials. Then Hormone Harmony. Then Sip & Thrive. I built quizzes, classes, and a free AI assistant.

(As you can see, this did not happen overnight.)

What set my journey apart was the approach I took...

For years, the only way to access my full system was to come see me in person.

But I realized something: most women cannot do that. They live in different states, different countries. They have demanding jobs, kids, aging parents. They do not have time for another appointment they cannot get to.

So I created another system. One that did not require an exam room. I wrote the books. I built the quizzes. I created the AI assistant. I designed the classes. Not to replace what I do in my practice — but to reach the women I could not see.

Now, any woman anywhere can explore her symptoms, take control of her health, and navigate midlife — whether she lives down the street or across the country.

My books have reached thousands. And I have learned a crucial truth...

Before I ever heard of Young Living, I was already in my kitchen making essential oil blends and designing my own herbal formulas.

Not for fashion. For function. I sourced my own ingredients. I tested on myself. I did the best I could with what I had access to.

Then I found Young Living — and everything upgraded.

Suddenly, I had access to patented technologies like DeepSpectra, which unlocks powerful bioactive compounds from frankincense that no kitchen blender can replicate. I had Seed to Seal quality standards. Third-party testing. Years of clinical research. Ingredients sourced from their own farms around the world.

I did not abandon what I was doing. I elevated it. The foundation was already there — my knowledge, my experience, my commitment to function over fashion. Now that foundation sits on a platform of science, quality, and innovation I could never have built alone.

I want the best for my body, my patients, and the women I mentor.

That is why I chose Young Living. Not as a replacement for what I was already doing. As an upgrade.

I started inside a broken system — frustrated, burned out, watching women suffer without real answers. Now I help women build systems that fit their lives. A turning point was realizing the medical system was not built for midlife women. So I built my own — with books, quizzes, protocols, and plant-powered tools that actually work.

I mentor new women (just starting with oils and supplements) and experienced builders ready to guide others through menopause and midlife wellness. I help all of them build a system and a plan that fits their life. No experience required. Just a willingness to learn.

The System Was Broken

I started noticing something in my practice. Women were coming to me with prescriptions tied to menopause — medications for their mood, their sleep, their hot flashes, their hormones. But no one had actually stopped to ask them the real questions. How are you feeling? What is your body telling you? What do you actually need?

They were collecting pills, not solutions.

That is when I realized the system was broken. Not the doctors — the system. There was no time for real conversations. No space for natural options. No one connecting the dots between what they were feeling and what their bodies were asking for.

So I started doing something different. I started listening more. I started offering plant-based tools alongside prescriptions. I started writing down everything I was learning — because I knew other women needed to hear it too.

That is how my books were born. Menopause Essentials. Hormone HarmonySip & Thrive. Not as replacements for medicine. As companions to it.

And now? Now I help women build their own systems. With education. With quizzes. With an AI assistant that never rushes them out the door. With essential oils and supplements that actually support their bodies.

You do not have to choose between medicine and natural support. You can have both. And you do not have to figure it out alone.
