I started using essential oils to support my health & wellness about 10 years ago, and after a sceptical beginning, I have become a true believer in their power to support me in my daily life!
The shifts in my approach to my health have been life altering. I’m more active, more centred, and live my life in a more balanced way. That included a focus on removing harmful toxins from my home and personal care products.
It didn’t happen overnight, but as I learned more over the last 10 years, I have made adjustments in how I live, what I put in my body, and which products I choose to have in my home.
