My Background
In my 20's I burned out physically and emotionally. My husband and I created a gracious home together to allow space to heal. I began unravelling the impact of trauma, comfort eating and driven patterns of behaviour that were creating the perfect storm for dis-ease. The journey back to health involved years of personal growth, new habits and difficult conversations. You can read the humorous, honest and hard in my book.

I have learned that food and natural options like essential oils are powerful ways to support our bodies to function as they were meant to. Small consistent routines can create a compounding positive effect to allow us to restore balance and Thrive!
