My Background
Diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in my 20's, I was told there was no cure.
But I don't believe in dead ends. Our bodies are made to heal, I just had to figure out how to move from stress mode to healing mode. The clues we need to heal are often buried in our own stories. I wrote a book exploring my own experiences and memories as I discovered a path to regain health. opening-to-grace-author-page
I love helping people uncover pieces of their wellness puzzle to find their next steps to move from surviving and striving to thriving.
I believe that food and natural options like essential oils are powerful ways to support our bodies to function as they were meant to. Small consistent routines can create a compounding positive effect to allow us to restore balance and Thrive!
