Using this oil BEFORE a stressful situation is a great technique to get used to. A great way to give this to your kids is to add a drop to their Ningxia or a drop to some honey. It has such a subtle flavor. It is also a great oil for sleep. When we are going through stressful situations, often our sleep takes a toll.
