Meet Cindy Grant
After 15 years in the food service industry as a Sr. Manager and Professional Educator, I found my pathway to wellness when introduced to three essential oils. These therapeutic essential oils opened the door to renewed health and a new career as an energy wellness practitioner. I studied at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition and The Institute of Energy Wellness Studies and I have combined these skills to work with customers and clients since 2013. My clinic specialty is combining essential oils for mental-emotional support, meditation and mindfulness. My biggest joy, (one of them), is combining essential oil wellness and gastronomy to bring life and excitement to healthy, culinary creations! In 2021 I transformed this joy into my first ever Essential Oil Cookbook published on Amazon. And more to come!
