I'm Cindy Grant and I am a Canadian based Integrated Wellness and Business Coach, Energy Medicine Practitioner and Professional Educator.
My Background
I had been struggling with pain and injuries for over 30 years. In and out of doctor's offices, physiotherapists, and hospitals. I always knew there had to be a better life for me. So I got motivated to change my diet 20 years ago, going gluten free to start, which improved my health by about 50%. But I was still having to deal with flare ups and set backs. In 2013 I hit a wall. Back problems that kept me in bed for weeks at a time. I had just been packaged out of my 15 year career. We just bought a new house and I couldn't stand up in my wedding dress...and the wedding was in less than a month! Through the grace of my naturopath I met an amazing practitioner who put 3 oils on my back and my life dramatically changed for the better. Yes, that fast! I built essential oils into my everyday, said goodbye to chemicals and got my health back on track. And I began a new career! These 3 beautiful oils led me right to the Institute of Energy Wellness Studies where I expanded my knowledge in The Aromatic Sciences Practitioner Program and then onto the Institute of Holistic Nutrition for certification as Energy Medicine Practitioner. After experiencing what these essential oils could do for me, I just knew I had to help others.
For the last 9 years I've watched customer after customer elevate their health after embracing an essential oil, infused lifestyle, making better eating choices, and kicking out toxins. I still love hearing the surprise in their voices when testimonials start happening on day one!
Paying it forward - I am so grateful for the oily, caring people who supported me. They revealed the hidden factors bringing down my health and showed me what I needed to do to lift it.
