7 Ways to Keep Your Skin Glowing All Summer Long

7 Ways to Keep Your Skin Glowing All Summer Long
1. Use a Toxin-Free Sunscreen: Strong UV rays from the sun can cause damage to the skin, leading to premature aging, fine lines, and wrinkles. Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 before stepping out in the sun.

2. Keep Hydrated: Dehydration can lead to tired-looking and dry skin. Drink plenty of fluids and water to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out.

3. Exfoliate: Dead skin cells can accumulate on the skin's surface, leading to rough and dull skin. Use a gentle exfoliant like Young Living's Satin Facial Scrub to slough off dead cells and reveal smoother, brighter skin.

4. Moisturize:  Summer heat and humidity can strip the skin of moisture. A light, oil-free moisturizer can help keep the skin hydrated and healthy throughout the day. Consider using a facial serum to target specific skin concerns, such as dark spots or wrinkles.

5. Stay Cool: Hot showers can dry out your skin, making it more prone to damage and irritation. Stick to lukewarm water and limit your shower time to 10-15 minutes. Additionally, a cool shower or a cool washcloth over your face can help to cool down the skin and reduce inflammation.

6. Wear hats and sunglasses: Avoid excessive sun exposure and spend time in the shade whenever possible. Wearing a hat and sunglasses provides an extra layer of protection and helps shield your face from damaging UV rays.

7. Eat a healthy diet: A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats can help keep your skin looking radiant and healthy. Foods like avocado, walnuts, and leafy greens are great sources of nutrients that benefit your skin.

Meet Shelley Sullivan

Hi, I'm Shelley!

My Mission:
To empower you and show you how to upgrade your quality of life!

My Story:
Back in 2009, I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Nursing - (#GoCougs!). I was so excited to start helping people, but quickly became disenchanted with our healthcare system. It just seemed to leave people with such a poor quality of life.

Fast forward to 2014 when my friend, Gabrielle, invited me to a Young Living essential oils class. I didn't know much about the benefits of oils, but what really made an impression was that Gabrielle had another friend, also a nurse, who was loving the natural health benefits of using Young Living oils AND was creating an income by educating people about them.

Well, I ordered the starter bundle and, once they arrived, my husband tried the blend for digestive support. He'd had digestive issues for YEARS and, seriously, in about 15 minutes he felt a million times better! That was the beginning of a whole new lifestyle for us. We now breath better, sleep better and just feel better!

I love educating people about the products and it's been exciting to see the income side of Young Living change so many people's lives - including ours.

Thank you for honoring me by reading my story. Would you go a step further by clicking on the "Contact Me" button below and let me know:

  1. This really isn't something you want to know more about right now. And that's totally fine.
  2. You'd like to hear more about the products and how they might help you and your family.
  3. You'd like to hear more about the products AND the financial option.
