I have always tried to be the best mom to my daughter, but in the midst of an awful night terror or violent temper tantrum, it is definitely not easy. 

Even as I was learning how to integrate new holistic and “crunchy” habits into my life and my family’s life, I felt helpless when dealing with my 2 year old. There had to be something safe I could give her.

One day, a friend who knew my daughter well, gave me a gift. I didn’t know much about it or if it would work, but I did trust when she said it was safe. At this point, I was up all night, making the days harder and harder to deal with, I was out of ideas.  I was willing to give it a try.

The very next tantrum, after the “talking calmly to her” and the screaming loudly so the whole neighborhood could hear, I reached for my friend’s gift. It stopped the tantrum within seconds. It was a miracle. A few months later, I was introduced to another product similar to the one I used for the instant ceasing of the tantrums for bedtime. What do you know, the night terrors became less and less frequent. I was shocked!

Now my daughter is a champion sleeper and so am I!!! And  if she were to throw a tantrum (well, because that’s what children do right?), I am armed and ready. Now I am on a mission to help so many moms and dads empower themselves with the knowledge and resources I have gained through the years.
