What is the Lymph Detox Protocol?

This simple 14 day lymphatic detox protocol is a game changer! The products used in this protocol are amazing for cellulite, but this protocol is a way you can invest in YOU. Did you know cellulite isn't from being overweight? Nope! It's an indication of toxins in your body. Even skinny girls can have cellulite!

My goal is to guide you through preventative care, because prevention is the key to good health. Teaching you how you can easily care for your lymph system is one of the ways I can guide you through preventative care. I know you will love it!

I am so excited to guide you through this life changing detox!

Here's what you will will need:
1 bottle of Multigreens
1 bottle (15mL) Cypress Essential Oil
1 bottle (15mL) Rosemary Essential Oil
Epsom Salt (make sure it is unscented)
Dry Skin Brush (you can find inexpensive options on Amazon, or your local health food store)

Extra Supplies Recommended
Hydrogen Peroxide
Baking Soda (non-aluminum)

Instructions
  • When you get your supplies, first step is to pour your entire bottle of Cypress into your bottle of Cel-ite Magic (you will need to store some of your Cel-Lite in another container for all of the Cypress to fit).
  • Refill your bottle as needed.
  • Keep your supplies in a place that you will remember to use them daily!

Daily Recommendations
  • Lightly massage Cel-Lite Magic Massage Oil with Cypress on your body daily (I personally do this in the shower...you will smell amazing!).
  • Apply citrus fresh to main lymph node areas - under arms, behind knees, groin, stomach and ankles (avoid sunlight on those areas since citrus oils may cause photosensitivity during use).
  • Drinking or ingesting in capsules Citrus Fresh will be beneficial as well, but is not necessary. If you add Citrus Fresh to your water, be sure to do this only in glass or stainless steel cup (no plastic or styrofoam!).
  • Take the recommended dose of Multigreens daily.
  • Dry brush daily. Before you shower is ideal, but anytime will work!
  • Stimulate your easy to reach neuro-lymphpatic points often, focusing on the tender spots.
  • Complete a detox bath with Rosemary or foot soak every 3 days. You may do this more if you have any detox symptoms. Hydrate well throughout the day with filtered water!

Detox Baths
Detox Bath every 3 days or as needed to help with detox symptoms.
(add oils to salts before adding to water, disperses oil better)

Minimum Recipe (or foat soak)
2c. of Epsom Salts in tub (or 1/2 c. of Epsom Salt if you can only do a foot soak)
10 drops of Rosemary Adults: 20-40 min soak

Highly suggested recipe
4 cups Epsom salt
4 cups Baking Soda
4 cups 3% Hydrogen Peroxide
10 drops of Rosemary
Adults: 20-40 min soak

It is most beneficial to soak in the detox bath for about 40 min. This allows enough time for your body to remove toxins & to absorb minerals in the water.

Daily Dry Brushing
  • Believed to stimulate your lymphatic system, exfoliate your skin, increases your circulation, reduces cellulite and improves your digestion and kidney function.
  • You can find inexpensive dry skin brushes on Amazon or your local health food store.
  • Before you shower is the best time to do this, but its most important to just make sure you do it daily!
  • Always brush towards your heart (best for circulation and your lymphatic system).
  • Start at your feet and work your way up your legs to your arms, chest, back and stomach.
  • Avoid brushing your face, your genitals, or any areas with irritations or abrasions.
  • The pressure you apply while brushing your skin should be firm, but not painful.
  • Your skin should be pink after a session not red or irritated.
  • Dry brush for 2-20 minutes.
Daily Neuro-Lymphatic Points Massage
Neurolymphatics are points on the body that affect specific organs and muscles. They are stimulating neurologically to the lymphatic system in each area of the body (and to the organs and glands themselves)

They do not correspond with Lymph glands, the link is neurological. Massaging the Neurolymphatic Reflex Points not only serves to flush the lymphatic system, it also detoxifies the muscles and rids them of waste.

You may find that some of these points are tender or sore when you rub them. This is an indication that the lymphatic system needs some attention!

Rubbing these points when they are sore begins the process of flushing and tonifying the lymphatic system.

What to expect
During the cleanse you can experience detox symptoms such as smelling, sweating and headaches.
We have found this to be a gentle, yet effective cleanse.
Drink lots of filtered water! Use your oils to help with any symptom that arises.
Take detox baths.
We think you will find the benefits highly outweigh the negatives!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q- Is there a kid version of this challenge?
A- You can do this on your children. Not all kids like the dry skin brushing, so I have them jump on the trampoline which helps the lymph move as well.

Q- I can not take Multigreens due to bee allergies or GF issues. Is there an alternative?
A- If you can not take Multigreens, you need Master Formula and/or Ningxia Red. (Actually we all need these all the time! They are amazing supplements, but especially when detoxing).

Codie-lyn Kahler is incredibly knowledgeable about all things celiac, and here is her answer:
"Regarding Multigreens containing gluten: I have celiac disease and have researched this extensively and talked to Young Living. Multigreens contains barley grass. Barley Grass is naturally gluten free. However, Young Living can't ensure that no amount of barley grain has gotten into it because they do not test for gluten. If you are highly sensitive to gluten, then consider that. If you just avoid gluten, this product will be fine for you. That being said, I have taken Multigreens occasionally with no gluten issues."

Cel-lite: many many people with celiac still use this, but you know your body and what is right for you. If you don’t feel comfortable using it, you can purchase the oils listed in it and create your own with whatever celiac-safe carrier oil you choose. You will need 2 bottles of Cypress to do this.
Here is a video on how to make your own Cel-lite: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=XWbRJCQMbno&feature=youtu.be

Q- Will this be enough for two people?
A- Yes enough for 2 people, but you will want product to maintain. After the initial 14 day protocol, a maintenance schedule of once per week is recommended to stay on top of lymph health.

Q- Is the bundle already on the website to order?
A- You will need to search for the items separately. Once you have added all of the items to your cart, the reduced bundle price will reflect in checkout.

Q- I do not have a bath tub, how can I do the detox baths?
A- You can use a bucket or some other container and do a foot soak. Just use the minimum recipe in the instruction guide.

Q- Can any other massage or carrier oil be used or does it have to be Cel-lite?
A- Cel-lite is best unless you have an aversion to it. If so, then make one as close as you can to it (see above for a video how to do this). The oils in Cel-lite are essential for proper lymph detox support.

Q- How often can we do this challenge? Monthly? Quarterly? Annually?
A- As much as you want. I do it a few times a year and then do all of these things weekly to maintain.

Q- How long (hours) should we limit sun exposure with the Citrus Fresh?
A- 12 hours at least. You just don’t want direct sun exposure on those locations it has been applied.

Q- Is Multigreens safe for diabetics?
A- We do not make medical recommendations, but do not see any reason it would not be. Consult your health practitioner if you are concerned.

Q- Is this safe to do while pregnant or nursing?
A- I want you to research the products and where they come from and make a decision with what you are comfortable doing. I would personally feel fine, but you need to make that decision for you.

Q- Is a lymphatic cleanse safe for someone with [insert illness or medical issue].
A- We can’t make medical recommendations. You will have to research and decide for yourself. If you have ever been told to avoid lymphatic massages you should not do this detox protocol.

Q- I had a mastectomy and they removed quite a few lymph nodes. Are there any special instructions if lymph nodes have been removed?
A- If you were told NOT to do massages you should not do the dry skin brushing, but applying the oils will still be helpful. If nodes have been removed, that is all the more reason to cleanse and love on your lymph!

Q- Can we continue to take all of our supplements during this challenge?
A- Yes! Don't stop anything!

Q- Do I have to do this in the morning?
A- Anytime of the day is fine! Brushing your skin while it is dry allows you to exfoliate and increase blood circulation without robbing it of moisture the way the hot water in your shower can (this is why we do it before a shower, but that shower can be anytime of the day).
