March Renewal: Cleansing Your Body & Home for a Fresh Start

As winter fades and spring approaches, March is the perfect time to refresh and cleanse—both inside and out! Just as we open our windows to let in fresh air, our bodies also crave renewal. One of the best ways to support this transition is through gentle detoxification. Incorporating essential oils like Lemon, Peppermint, and Grapefruit into your daily routine can help support digestion, boost energy, and flush out toxins. Adding a drop of Lemon Vitality to your water each morning is a simple yet powerful way to kickstart your body's natural cleansing processes.

A healthy gut is the foundation of overall wellness, and after months of heavier winter foods, it’s time to reset. Supporting gut health with probiotics, enzymes, and essential oils like DiGize can improve digestion, boost immunity, and increase energy levels. Consider adding Young Living’s Life 9 probiotic to your routine or using DiGize Vitality after meals for gentle digestive support. Nourishing your body with whole, clean foods and plenty of hydration will further aid in this refreshing reset.

Spring cleaning isn't just for your home—it’s also a great time to ditch the toxins lurking in your everyday products. Swap out chemical-laden cleaners for plant-based alternatives like Thieves Cleaner, which purifies your space while supporting overall wellness. Diffusing purifying essential oils such as Purification, Citrus Fresh, or Tea Tree can uplift your environment and freshen the air naturally. A clean home supports a healthy body, making it easier to breathe, relax, and thrive.

This March, embrace the season of renewal by cleansing your body, home, and habits. Small, intentional changes can make a big impact on your overall health and well-being. Whether you're nourishing your gut, detoxing your space, or simply welcoming a fresh start, Young Living has the perfect tools to support your journey.

Pro Tip for Essential Oil Organization

A question I often see in our Facebook groups is "how do you store and organize your oils?". Some sort by label color, some alphabetically, some by bottle size. While there's no one perfect way to do this, I think I've finally found what works best for me!

If you've been part of our oil community for a while, you're probably like me and have multiples of your oils (maybe even located in several areas within your home). My struggle was always figuring out what part of the house I last left an oil I needed, or having 5 bottles of the same oil open. I have a shelf where the bulk of my oils are stored, but it was always an unorganized mess!

Here's what I do now:
  • I ordered amber glass dropper bottles on Amazon (I used the 1oz and 2oz sizes, but 4oz is helpful if you have many duplicates of 15ml sized oils).
  • I collected my oils from all over the house, my purse, my car, etc. and organized them by oil type so I could see how much of each oil I had.
  • I poured duplicates into the amber dropper bottles and peeled the oil bottle labels to label my new dropper bottles.
  • Now I have few bottles to store and can better keep track of where my oils are! I still keep a few smaller bottles and rollers for my purse.
Don't forget to recycle all those empty YL oil bottles for something fun, like DIY bath salts or oil samples!
