Can you believe it’s August? How did we get here already?? Typically this month signals the end of summer and the start of the busy school year. As we begin that transition, let’s make sure we have our favourite oils and supplements on hand so things go smoothly! No matter if your kids are heading back to in-person schooling or hanging out at home to complete their schoolwork, they still need us to help them care for their bodies. Here are a few healthy habits you can adopt to help support them (and you) during this season…
- Serve more raw fruits and green vegetables.
- Get outside and play!
- Get adequate amounts of sleep.
- Limit processed sugars.
- Increase water intake.

An Introduction to Access Bars®

You will begin to learn the philosophy behind the Access Bars with some of the life tools while also giving and receiving the mini-version of the Access Bars.
