These glands secrete hormones to regulate many bodily functions, including growth, metabolism, and tissue function, sexual reproduction, sleep, mood, etc. Endocrine diseases (over or under functioning thyroid, adrenal fatigue, etc.) are common and usually occur when glands produce an incorrect amount of hormones.

Sooooo, given all of that, we want to make sure that we have an endocrine system that is working well!
