I’m always happy when I’m surrounded by water.

I just love water. I love to be near it. To feel it. To smell it. I also love to drink it. It has soooo many healthy benefits for you. Check out the following info from the YL Training and education Facebook page. 

        Drinking LOTS of water is one of the best ways to help your body eliminate toxins and most of us need a little extra help eliminating after a big Thanksgiving meal. You should drink at least half your your body weight in ounces each day. For example, if you weigh 160 pounds, you should drink AT LEAST 80 ounces, or 10 cups, of water every day. To help aid the elimination of toxins, you should be drinking more than the minimum requirement, so try drinking an entire gallon of water! Infusing your water with a few drops of Lemon Vitality and Grapefruit Vitality essential oils is a great way to add health benefits and enhance the flavor of your water. Remember to drink from a glass or stainless steel cup when drinking essential oil infused water because essential oils will eat away plastic!
