Happy New Year. I am sure that everyone is up and running and heading into 2018 with open arms. We have been so Blessed to have been able to spend 2 weeks, uninterrupted with our Adult Kids. That was our Christmas present to ourselves, to be able to enjoy Quality Family time, exploring our Family Heritage and the World.
We are ready for the New Year and New Beginnings in our Health. Looking forward to more exercise and eating healthier. The older we get, the more we realize how important what you put in your body effects how your body actually works. Our Goal this year is to Move More, Eat Healthier, Increase our Non-Toxic Lifestyle, and to continue on our journey of Wellness.
