May Diffuser Blends

For years I thought that there were just parts of life that you had to white knuckle.  That my strength was proven by not needing any help.   This prevailed through my last pregnancy.  On the outside I was a pillar of strength. Truth be told I was spiraling due to lack of sleep, new baby, colic, and an impending move.  After weeks of crying and screaming (on everyone’s part) I was literally compiling a list of hospitals that I should be sent away to.  I felt like I was broken. Like because I wasn’t able to keep it together, enjoy my family, or even give my baby her basics needs and quell her crying that I was truly a failure.

I tried a natural product that I had gotten from a friend to calm me down, mainly so that I could fix a family meal without crying or the fear I would hurt my baby.  What is did was calm her down too!  That evening I was able to breathe and begin to see myself as a mother who truly loved my children and that now had tools for situations that before left me hopeless.

Now I see that strength is not measured in how well you can white knuckle your problems, but your willingness to search for answers and use those amazing answers that we find in nature.   Hope is a path forward, mine gets to smell and taste amazing.
