I have posted this on Facebook a few times but hadn't actually created it, so today was the day. My daughter in law is going through a health battle and I wanted to send her a gift. She is one brave gal.
I used a 15ml bottle and then put the roll top on it. Another time I would use the 5ml size.
I also made one for myself as I seem to have a lower back that could use some support. Another plan would be to quit trying to be Wonder Woman and stop lifting and moving items which are far too heavy.
I found applying the roll on was wonderful and I am so glad I made it.
Above are all the oils and I highly recommend it.

6 drops Stress Away E.O
8 drops Lemon EO
Liquid Coconut Oil
10ml glass Roll on Bottle.
Add EO into the roll-on bottle
Fill with Coconut Oil and put on the roll-on-top
Apply onto your wrists and behind your ears.
Then do your happy dance!
