What are Plus Oils? What are Vitality Oils?

Have you noticed the bottles with white labels? Yes they are the oils that you can add to receipes and spice up your cooking.. In Canada they are referred to as Plus Line and in the U.S.A. they are called Vitality. Here are some ideas to get you started.
Also they are very economical compared to buying spices as you require such a tiny amount.

One of the best things about cooking with oils is that they never go out of season. You could be in the dead of winter and still whip up a dish that tastes as fresh as spring! Let me show you some ways to do this… 

 

  • Add Black Pepper Vitality to your scrambled eggs.
  • Add Orange or Thieves Vitality to melted chocolate and drizzle over sliced fruit.
  • Add Peppermint Vitality to brownies or hot chocolate.
  • Add Cinnamon Bark or Nutmeg Vitality to pancake batter.
  • Add Oregano and Basil Vitality to spaghetti sauce.
  • Add Lemon Vitality to marinades for chicken and fish.
  • Add Dill Vitality to your favorite potato salad.
  • Add Cilantro Vitality to your rice on Taco Tuesday!

November Specials and Different Ideas on How to Use Them.

I will enclose some hints for the above products. The Lavender is what you receive when you

The Holiday Catalogue is out and people are ordering quickly while supplies last. I have to admit I changed my ER order to get in on the action. So many neat ideas. I love the Penguin Toque and will model it when it arrives. I am hoping my Grandson will like it to keep warm when he comes for Christmas since he lives in California.
