Summer is fleeting so quickly but there is great news with the return to the 100PV and your free gift. It is much better than the 125PV which was introduced. To go along with that there is a special that is in effect starting today  till month end.

Many people have trouble sleeping and I am not sure why we figure we can solve the worlds problems  plus, once we go to bed. I have found lately that putting on my diffuser next to my bed and diffusing oils has helped me get a much better sleep. I thought you may like a recipe or two to try.
You will notice Cedarwood is used often. Also if you are wondering what NLBS is it is Northern Black Spruce from our Canadian farm.
I also use Cedarwood on my hair and have for years.

 Also you can create your own blends for your diffuser. The 8 essential Oils which help with sleep are:
Lavender,
Vetiver
Roman Chamonmile
Ylang Ylang
Bergamot
Sandalwood
Marjoram
Cedarwood
I also sprinkle lavender on my pillow and find that also helps.

Summer Ideas for You

Happy July,
The Calgary Stampede is in full swing and it is hard not to get caught up in the festivities.
What are your plans for the summer?

I have a few suggestions for you to consider plus I will add the the promos for July and a couple of hints as well.
I really enjoy my yard and working amongst  my flowers. I have had some success and also some disasters. I really like to use my oils wherever I can and other natural ingredients. I have managed to remove the grass from the cracks in the sidewalk but there must have been a breeze as I also have killed an edge of my lawn.
What I used and it works  very well is white vinegar a squirt of dish soap and a few drops of cinnamon EO. It kills all in its path. I have climbing roses on my back fence and 1 tbsp of Epson salt to a watering can of water  once a week works beautifully.Here is a picture of my roses.

ALL Things Thieves

Good Afternoon,
I have put together a presentation on the Thieves  Line to share with you. It will take you no time at all to go through it compared to the blood sweat.and tears it took to create it for you. I am now a Mac User so it took a few tries.
The result is far from perfect but you will get the idea of what I am sharing.
