SHOP TIL YA DROP FOOT ROLLON RECIPE


TIS THE SEASON ...SHOP TIL YA DROP? 
Not always very fun, especially towards the end of the day.

No worries! Keep your feet happy :)
Many essential oils are super helpful for sore muscles after exercise!




Mix this combo in a 5 or 10ml rollon bottle and top off with V6 massage oil or fractionated coconut oil.

Apply to the bottom of your feet before going out and massage into feet when you get home.
While you're at it, rub some on your chest! If you like it, turn it into a daily chest rollon! AHhhhhh :)


Mixing a rollon takes only a couple minutes, but if that's not your cup of tea,
