LOW CARB GRANOLA


I enjoy this option when I'm 
hungry for cereal but need to stay on track 
with my low carb eating! 





  • Toast up some coconut flakes, pecans, almond slivers, sunflower seeds, etc.
    Get creative and use your favorite crunchy stuff.
  • While warm, mix in a bit of coconut oil and unsweetened natural peanut butter.
  • A few DARK chocolate mini chips is also a fun addition. 
  • Pour on a bit of heavy whipping cream and your low carb milk option such as almond milk or Carb Countdown (something with 2 carbs or less per serving).

    *Sweeten to taste w Stevia or other sugar alternative if desired.
    *Play around...add some cocoa powder or some Young Living essential oils such as cinnamon & orange!
